About The Artwork
I went out on a warm Summer day to search for a subject and found this row of trees backed by clouds in a park. The scene was evocative of many Summer days, breezy, hot, humid and plenty of bugs in the air. I painted with a pallet knife on canvas as I usually do so that the painting has a lively texture which is evocative of movement of the sky and and waving trees. The painting is framed with lattice and wired for hanging
