Four horses of the Apocalypse, Black - Plague, Red - War, Blue - Hunger and White, the meaning of which can be interpreted in two ways, as Death but also as Victory. This is the choice. This painting is a stylised portrait of running horses, inspired by a number of influences, including Fauvism and Expressionism. It is produced using artist quality acrylics on oils. The painting is varnished and is ready for hanging on the wall. The sides are painted, so it can be hung without a frame.
