I Can I Can't, I Can I Can't Painting

There is no picture and no drawing more beautiful than a white canvas or a clean sheet of paper. In my opinion there are no rules in art. Nothing is prohibited and everything is justified. There are no good or bad art works. There are the ones that affect and others that do not. What are my works about? They are about humans, about the simplest and at the same time most sophisticated conditions and feelings of human beings. The world is constantly changing, but humans remain the same - they born and die, give birth and kill, love and hate, doubt and resolve, powerful and lonely. My paintings are made by intertwining techniques from different epochs, from classical multilayer painting, which requires precision, subtlety and patience to graffiti, calligraphy, collage, photography, etc. The result is achieved gradually dragging coatings of dense layers over thin, transparent layers of paint. Monotypes are different story, this technique allows to create just one unique oil print on paper. I draw them in one take, very concentrated and relaxed at the same time. Any mistake can ruin the work or, contrary, create unexpeced beauty.
