ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Painting : acrylic on canvas . This painting is based on a time in my life where I was at my lowest , couldn’t understand nor feel any colours of life except the blues and Greys . Fully painted using only my own hands because of the natural flow/ movement it allows me to express my raw emotions showing the connection of the mind and body .I took a bit of inspiration from the rose in beauty and the beast slowly losing its life petal by petal waiting for some saving . I want to show the viewers something real and that there are times us humans feel like this . We shouldn’t criticise anyone for feeling like this instead , we should be there for them .
