Sandor (ArtH2O) – International Contemporary Artist Known professionally as ArtH2O, Sandor is an international contemporary artist who explores various mediums, including traditional painting, high-quality digital art, and generative techniques. His formal artistic journey commenced at 17, although his passion for art was ignited much earlier, inspired by a Van Gogh Yellow Book gifted by his father—a cherished influence that he values to this day. Mostly self-taught and also enriched by learning from professional artists, Sandor has honed an intuitive approach, deeply attuned to materials and symbolic meaning. Painting is at the core of his practice, which he views as a meditative experience. He strives to maintain an uninterrupted creative flow, allowing colours, forms, and materials to transform organically. In parallel with his artistic endeavors, Sandor began programming at nine and has over 20 years of professional experience as a software developer. This unique combination has guided him from early ventures in computer graphics and web design to high-resolution digital art, generative creations, and NFTs—where technology serves as a medium of creative expression rather than a mere tool. Throughout his career, Sandor has produced thousands of artworks in both physical and digital formats. An estimated 200 to 500 of his pieces have found homes with private collectors in Europe, the United States, and beyond, while a significant portion of his work resides within his personal collection. His art delves into themes of perception, presence, and the subtle interplay between intuition and structure. Regardless of medium, each piece is designed to evoke depth, balance, and a lasting emotional impact.
