ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This work was created during the lockdown. It was inspired by the idea that although physically we were restrained and not allowed to travel, in our mind however, we could do plenty of travelling. And so, I created an imaginary meadow on the canvas that I could travel to, and find peace and beauty there, and be comforted by nature. After the lockdown, this work was exhibited in a group show in central Athens, with the theme 'My heART', and many people expressed how much they liked it.
