About The Artwork
I started this piece near a river in east central Virginia while on a fly fishing trip with friends. There was a old bridge over a glistening river and beautiful lazy trees blowing in the wind. Over the next few days of hiking and passing thru farmland, the serenity in contrast to the rural vernacular farm life became the focus of this work.
