Insomniac, They call me... Painting

The Tale of Mumbai..A City that sleeps only 2 hours..a city with many metaphors and ironies...where people, money, and religion are entangled in an exceptionally absurd manner..where the dreams of the city are built on the corpses of the poor, though these dreams are built by the latter. The God is owned by the strong, and sold often to the weak..But everything, at last, flows down into the vast sea, where God unites them all, into a single thread of "City lights" As an architect and a traveler, I have always found huge interest in Indian cities and the various processes that shape them. Hence, my inspiration. There are many subjective thoughts and beliefs on these processes, which can never be presented as a direct series of events, but can be only be expressed through abstraction and symbolism...
