Joyful SongBird Painting

I paint mainly in acrylics on canvas and I have drawn, painted and created my whole life. I am constantly inspired by my home area by the sea. I live in a creekside village in Cornwall in the far southwest of the UK. I sell my work online and locally. The special light in Cornwall is well known by artists for its intensity and clarity. This light informs my love of painting in a simplified and fresh way with bright, clear colours. I paint with bold, happy colours and my paintings often have decorative qualities, with flattened perspective.
