I can tell you the inside scoop on Mike Twichell, since he is me and I am him. So to begin I would say that I am a unique, multifaceted, and creative individual. I am an engineer, musician, painter, cartoonist, author, self-proclaimed astrophysicist and gravitational theorist, and father of two wonderful boys. My father Seth Twichell was a successful architect who influenced me in art. My mother Beverly Twichell also influenced me in art by forcing me to take 10 years of piano lessons! At age 18 I moved from North Dakota to Arizona where I attended ASU, studied Engineering and became self taught on guitar. I have written thousands of songs on guitar. For some reason lyrics come out of me with the guitar, yet on the piano just the notes. On the piano I have created some beautiful music as well, under the alias of "Twichovski". It wasn't until probably about 2003 that I discovered my love for painting! Now I paint whenever I have the opportunity. Always abstract and acrylic on either wood or canvas. I have very little control over what happens when I begin to paint, unless I draw it first. I never paint small, the bigger the better. I have little patience for much detail. It is an expressive event. There is usually alcohol involved :o) There are so many color, shape and texture choices that music can never provide. I find it to be an awesome outlet for my creativity and frustration. Sometimes I will sketch something first and paint it in, although this is a bit rare, since once the original expression is complete, the painting in the lines can be tedious. Although I do find that the sketch first method can also be very peaceful and relaxing. No matter which approach I use, I always paint from inspiration and imagination, never from looking at any picture. Around the year 2005 I discovered a love for science when I had my vision of the Biological Universe. This drove me to create The Twichell Manuscript, volume I of which includes my theory of Aether Gravity. I self published this in 2011. This was an amazing accomplishment for me. I recently spoke about the theory at the 2014 TeslaTech Convention in Albequerque. The theory is truly amazing and I plan to publish more and speak more about it when I have the opportunity. In my humble opinion this theory is right up there with Newton and Einstein, not mathematically, but in the power of what it describes.
