About The Artwork
"Ladies Who Lunch!" These colorful birds represent the rare green Macaws of Costa Rica. They were painted from photos also taken on my educational trip through the jungles of Costa Rica (see painting "Did You Say Chocolate?"). For this painting, I lovingly assigned the title of, "Ladies Who Lunch!", because of its obvious social nature, the appearance of on-going conversations with pleasant company not excluded.
