"Lady in blue and window", by Nuria Bielsa (1933-2017), the best woman painter in Spain during the second half of the XX century, by far and at least. Wonderful piece, full of sensuality, we see a lady preening in the morning and looking through the window. We can feel the hot of a summer day in back of the woman's privacy. For its representativeness (the stablishment of a midle class and the social prominence of women) and symbolism (the beach as a western dream of a paradise and the sea as the liberty that everybody wants to reach) this is maybe the most iconic painting of the XX century. Masterpiece, painted in the Costa Brava (Catalonia, Spain) in the late 1950's or early 1960's. Female figure inspired on Hollywood stars in that epoque.

I represent the work of Nuria Bielsa (1933-2017) , the best woman painter in Spain during the second half of the XX century,by far. She was a complete artist : specialist in portraits, she also dominated other technics (still lifes, views, etc.) and styles (over all impressionism,but sometimes realistic,expressionist). Her versatility is incredible: as soon she painted a portrait after a view and before a still life. Sensuality, imagination, phantasy and elegance are the main ingredients in her work. She also was expert in the choice of colours. I also offer the most exclusive antique japanese porcelains,made for the japanese imperial family. First half of the XVII century.
