Style: abstract landscaping Unique and original work, certificate of authenticity included The sides are painted in black, ready to hang The artist used several layers and shades of blue and green in order to achieve the desired effect. The colors range from bright, bold hues to deep, darker tones, and they seem to collide and overlap. Looking at it, we are immediately transported to the depths of the ocean. Known as a painter under the name CHOUETTE NIA, Irina IVANCOV is a contemporary painter who defines herself as "a creator of emotions". Her artworks have been exhibited in international contemporary art fairs in France and abroad and can be found in private collections in several countries. Chouette Nia's artistic universe is mainly inspired by the beauty of nature which allows her to create vibrant abstract landscapes. Having as a starting point the emotions felt by the artist during his walks, Chouette Nia's works combine the abstract with an impressionist quality which gives a soft and delicate sensitivity to the scene. "Nature is there for us and offers us a living spectacle, a symphony of colors that continually change with each season. A whole range of emotions opens up to us: happiness, admiration, wonder, respect, joy... It's It’s impossible to remain indifferent to it.” Strongly influenced by the Impressionists, the artist hopes, through her works, to inspire reflection on life and the deepest desires. "Personally, painting has allowed me to find an inner balance. When I am creating, I travel. The world of art is a wonderful world that welcomes me whatever the state of mind in where I am." For Chouette Nia the main role of art is to express, communicate and process emotions. "...Ultimately it's my way of creating an emotional connection with my viewers." Being of Romanian origin, the artist graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Design (Timisoara, Romania - 2008) and the Faculty of Medicine (Timisoara, Romania - 2001). Living in France since 2009, she has achieved a balance between her two passions: art and medicine.
