The victim was speechless in anticipation of an inevitable catastrophe. It seems to us that the vampire is the aggressor, but what if, from her point of view, her persecutor is the savior? Danger and destruction create a surge of neurotransmitters, the Karpman drama triangle in action, and she freezes blissfully in a pleasant anticipation. Disaster can be salvation depending on our perception. So autumn is the withering of the world in anticipation of inevitable dying. But this anticipation is wonderful, and autumn has always been the most important time of the year for me.
