Inspired by Art Deco, cubism, and Islamic art, this original painting 'Lilies' plays with symmetry, form and design. Zoe Power is a UK based fine and street artist. With a background in silk screen printing, her work is often bold, colourful and uses block colour. With a colour palette that aims to inspire wonder and joy, the simple forms and shapes painted in this one-off piece bounce from the canvas. By repeating and overlaying shapes, I want the painting to have a universal appeal, celebrating colour, nature and simplicity.

Zoë Power is a multi-disciplinary artist, working in the fields of painting, print and typography. Her work often appears as huge bold and colourful murals across urban landscapes in the UK. Zoë graduated with an MA in Multidisciplinary Printmaking at the University of the West of England, Bristol. With a love of craft, she also practices traditional sign writing and incorporates traditional techniques, such as gold leaf gilding, into her work.
