Looking for an Exit Painting

I work with what I've got and what i find. I have a fondness for old doors and the back panels of wardrobes when i paint. For sculpture i love rusty metal and find welding and working with metal soothing. I normally paint from very small thumbnails of edited images (phosho) and love the challenge of painting for other people rather than myself so am happy to take commissioned work. I sleep on average 2-3 hours a night and have always thought it best to fill my time quietly in the pages of sketchbooks and journals. I suffer from perfectionism honesty insomnia and poverty but as all of these things are long term conditions i am quite used to it all. I believe that everyone has the capacity for creativity and should express themselves. Writing and drawing and painting are as essential to me as air (and tea).
