When I was travelling in Vietnam, I've noticed a lotus flower that affected me so much that my eyes have watered. The power of it's beauty was so piercing and overwhelming that it seemed surreal. They were all huge, but I looked at the one which was on a brink of blooming and it became special for me. I had a little time to witness that beauty. Maybe that was for the best as now I crave to experience it one more time. While the memories became something very special and magical.

I was born in Moscow in 1992. I started my creative career with graffiti street movement. I was 15 years old in 2007 when I began to paint on the walls. Time passed, and my hobby was more and more put into practice. In 2011 I entered the Faculty of Graphic Design at the Moscow Academy of Humanities and Technology. There I met such teachers as Yaroshenko O.E., Fileeva N.D, Kozlovsky V.D. These were the brightest and most talented personalities who inspired with words to search and action. These were the artists who did not frame you, but opened up the opportunities. After graduating from the university I realized it was time to move forward. So, the next step was moving to the Pavlovka village, located in Bryansk region, in summer. It was not just a trip, but my personal project. I set myself the task of painting a ten meter canvas. During this period, two significant works were painted – Pavlovka and The City of Daffodils. These were the first large-scale paintings. When arriving in Moscow, I got a job in an art-store in the building of the Central House of Artists. There my deep studying of oil paintings and my acquaintance with artists and restorers began. At the moment I am studying painting technique and experimenting with color and shape. My recent works were made with oil pastels on abrasive paper. This way I get the desired texture that catches the eye. Thus, a series of portraits appeared. These faces represent my environment as I see it. These are portraits in the style of fauvism and naive. They reflect human simplicity and melancholy. The ambiguity of the color scheme characterizes the characters individually. The main plots in creativity are nature and a working person. It is important for me to capture the beauty of Russian nature from my childhood memories and the present day. And a working person is, first of all, a simple hardworking inhabitant of the earth.
