Meijiro Gym is a school in the Netherlands for Kickboxing. It has something special, if you smell and look at the other side. You can see and find blood, urine, sweat, tears, and ...whatever. That is physically very strenuous, you have to physically have an excellent condition. You have to give everything immediately what you have. Because it is all or nothing. But there are also some similarities. The two individual questions are, you have to draw strength from you. No one else can do it for you and no one sits there waiting, you do it to yourself. Maybe that's the reason why I can combine painting and kickboxing. Kickboxing you have, you want to train a little yet to come two or three times a week, or you'll get hit.
