MY VINCENT is a contemporary landscape painting with rich structure and blue tones collor palette created in mixed technique of acrylic plus structural paste. This work bring you into a calm peaceful place with it natural colors. This painting is 150 x 95 cm and painted on 4 cm linnen canvas panel. ?igshid=YmM0MjE2YWMzOA== The title of the painting "My Vincent" has a double meaning. The first relates to my son Vincent, he inspired me to paint this painting. When I was playing with my son, I saw a beautiful sunset, and the clouds were arranged as beautifully and energetically as my son and his attitude. The second meaning is a reference to Vincent van Gogh's famous painting "Starry Night" and the artist himself. This famous painting has a similar color scheme, and what's more, my son was given this, and no other name, bp was born in the Netherlands and in honor of this famous painter. MY VINCENT is part of my SIMPLE MOMENTS cycle which are landscapes with a focus on capturing nature and its beauty and also visual representation of daily simple moment which I apreciate. Moment which I practice mindfulness and see the beauty of them. SIMPLE MOMENTS cycle. Inhale, exhale, step by step. Right now… we are experiencing life. There is no past and no future. Let’s focus on the moment we have and immerse ourselves in it. Let us feel that this is the moment when we can do anything. Here and now … let’s create, let’s act, let’s live. Fully. With courage and mindfulness. Let us celebrate every moment, even the simplest one, and let us fill our lives with peace and gratitude for what is now. Ewa Mróz was born in 1988 in Oława. Artist has been developing her painting technique and recognizable style since 2017. The artist has participated in individual and group exhibitions, e.g. during Expo Klokgebouw in Eindhoven, the Netherlands with "Atelier Velasquez", "Kobieca Strona Sztuki " in Defabryka, where her next solo exhibition will take place this autumn in cooperation with curator Iza Rogala. Ewa Mróz's paintings are characterized by a rich structure contrasted with warm and calming shades of sienna and burnt umber. She creates obvious and non-obvious, simplified landscapes that stop audience in everyday life.
