About The Artwork
These paintings were inspired by fond memories of warm childhood road trips with my family. It seemed there was always an old barn, and the most memorable had signs painted on them. The Mail Pouch advertising was always special, because our grandfather chewed tobacco. He was a wonderful man, and we loved him dearly. I painted these as a tribute to happy memories of old country roads and a beloved Granddad. The edges of the work are painted and so, will not require a frame.
