Born in Montreal 1949. Left Montreal 1965, hitchhike to Vancouver, then San Francisco. Return to Canada in 1966, spend summer in Banff, for a few dollars model occasionally at Banff School of Fine Arts , winter in California return to Banff every summer until 1970, That Winter I found myself in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Secured employment at Art Centre. Developed interest in Robert Bateman’s paintings And started sketching .Took a few classes with the resident Artist and Have been drawing and painting off and on, ever since.
