Meditation 1 2010 Painting

Freifrank is artist, author, graphic designer and who was early interested in psychology of perception. In his artwork it is his aim to create a space for a refined act of perception which will lead to a state of mindfulness. In Frank Fischers artwork you can recognise the well-trained eye of the grafik-artist and painter. Some paintings show faded handwriting in the background, woven of signs and figures that sometimes suggests hieroglyphics and cave paintings. In his Work Freifrank combines expressive abstractions and intuitive figuratives with "magic signs", his unique story-telling imagery. His lates series of paintings is called "Orm Art" with his artist book "Orm Art – Templates for Intuition" and "Heart Compass"
