This is an acrylic painting on wood, developed from one of the numerous conversations overheard on train journeys. I like the abstract sound of these broken conversations heard throughout the train carriage, however this piece is a complete sentence and roughly translated it says: ''Make yourself comfortable, enjoy a cup of tea and then call the police". Written in Italian to give it an even more abstract contrast it has humour in it which is often the case when isolating segments of conversations.When words or sentences are placed alone like this, they take on a different aspect and meaning.
