ABOUT THE ARTWORK
After working for a taxidermist for a while I was inspired to create a series of paintings with birds that have flower organs. This is a Bee-eater Bird with vibrant pink flowers as organs in front of a deep red moon. For the first time in this series, the bird is not stitching its self back up.
