ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This impressively large art work took several months to complete and was started before Covid-19 brought the world to a standstill. I have always been fascinated by people constantly and restlessly on the move. For this particular painting I was inspired by images of the Paris underground and movies such as Koyaanisqatsi, a movie from 1982. Not much has changed since. Oil on Belgian linen, stretched on a sturdy wooden frame and ready to hang. Please allow some time for a custom made crate to be fabricated for shipment.
