About The Artwork
I was volunteering for the hotspot in Samos island, Greece and one of my job in the camp was to distribute tea in the morning. One of my regular guy, from Afghanistan, never missed to ask an extra spoon full of sugar for his tea. We would have small talk, I would ask about his plans for the day, he'd asked mine. It's been months now since he first came to seek asylum in Greece and he still patiently awaits.
