Mother Nature Painting

My puzzle over human natures peculiarities, led me in developing a personal artistic ‘hybrid‘‘ world, where humans and animals intersect, based on their common charateristics, which manifest in different ways. Animals express without inhibitions and moral barriers needs, while man oppresses nature, being a prisoner of social conventions and socially acceptable behaviors. The repressed side of man, is symbolized through a bestial transformation, which helps him embrace his physical side and free himself from human weaknesses. Similarly, the choice of each animal in my works is based on specific characteristics, which are reminiscent of its kind in human, while an unconsciously rednering of the human body responds to virtual physical models.
