About The Artwork
Robert my pet sitter is very good with the animals he also loves to smoke his cigars Robert is in my studio with my cat clyde. Both Clyde and Robert have real interesting attitudes and I hope this can be seen in this painting. Robert was a homeless man for ten years uhe lived in the woods close my home. A friend of mine introduced me to Robert and suggested I hire him to watch my cats. Robert now has his own apartment and works for several people and is doing well. When he is not working he is visiting art gallery's or music concerts. He offen goes to organ concerts at the national shrine in Washington, D.C. Every three years the national portrait gallery in Washington, D.C. Has a contest and this painting was my entry this year.
