Natura Povera I (Sand and Air) Painting

During the Corona period I was inspired binaural forms and colors. At the beach. in the woods, in the parks and gardens. In my oil paintings I use natural forms as well, but in this watercolor painting I isolate form and color to its essence and purity in search for softness and vulnerability. The colors are exposed to weather, place, light and natural circumstances. Sand, stones, decay, growth, air and light are a recurring theme in my paintings.
