About The Artwork

This is dedicated to the nurturing, compassionate people of the world who feel others emotions and experiences with grace and humility. The #metoo movement and unveiling of female suffering worldwide seeped in to my heart. Many of my friends "came out" with their stories. This unveiling is about the good men that love their women. The goodness in all of us rising together like an ocean swell of love, compassion and endeavor to rise above as a collective. "Woman" is about all of us. We are all connected to this story and can take personal ownership on our views on oppression vs freedom of expression. The ocean swell of collective love...so that no women will cry again. Thank you Bob Marley for the lyrical inspiration. Kati xo Artwork Details Diptych, 2 panels sized: 24"x48"x2" Shipping in premium fine art box approved by UPS. Kati Bujna, fine artist - studied in traditional and contemporary multimedia. Kati is influenced most by artists of the early 20th century cubist and expressionist movement. O’Keefe, Kandinsky, Carr, Klimt and Picasso, as well as contemporary street artists. The main thread in Kati's work is strong layers of colour and expressive line work, and situational use of representational and abstract figures, motifs and shapes. Kati's work is a response to exotic landscapes..and how she moves —or is moved—through them.
