ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Ocean Waves White On Blue is a very large abstract action painting inspired by the work of Fabienne Verdier, who studied oriental calligraphy. The painting is about gestural, rhythmic, movement which produces a totally unique and spontaneous work of art. The Painting is on ply which is backed with a timber support frame made with professional quality joinery. The board is first sealed front and back and the sides are painted to tone with the painting. The painting is finished with layers of protective polymer varnish. Heavy duty "D" rings and cord are attached so that the painting is ready to hang. A signed certificate of authenticity is included.
