ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was inspired by my daughter and her stuffed "lovie" which was actually a rag doll named Dottie. She took it everywhere and it was a great comfort to her. As her mental illness kicked in, her doll remained in her life and something she hung on to. I think we all need that special friend in our life that loves us though it all, despite how broken we may feel. We are all worthy of love.
