ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This is a small painting sized 13x9.8x1.4 inches I made recently with acrylic on canvas. I sometimes feel the urge to just mark some dots on canvas. And I guess I think to myself that the simple shape of dots may represent the whole varieties of nature which has it's consistent transformation in it. The landscape hidden behind the dots. That's what I seek for in the series of this painting. This work may look good in a transparent acrylic box or behind the glass in a thick frame. But you can just hang it on the wall as it is. You can also enjoy the sides of the painting as you can see from the other photos of it. Will be shipped in a cardboard box with extra careful package. Thank you ^_^

Your thought on where the brushstrokes begins and ends just make sense in that point. Because when you paddle on the water, the act of paddling appears on the water and then disappears. In that sense, it's meaningless to find where it starts and ends and even meaningless to distinguish 'drawing' action from 'erasing' action on water.
