When abuse lasts a long time, addiction begins. Nicotine, alcohol, drugs, gambling very soon become addictive. There is a feeling that everything is out of control and life revolves only around doping. Abuse and addiction are created gradually. And soon it brings great suffering. Shame and silence are the best friends of addiction, and therefore they don't talk about it. This is how serious problems arise: at home, on a work, in society.
