About The Artwork
This Artwork comes from my last series of paintigs, they are an expression and transposition of nature on the canvas. All the brush or tools I used to paint them are collecting in the surrounding areas especially in the forest where I feel myself like an alchemist. Beyond every painting is a careful selection of the species of trees, flowers, and herbs with the historical meaning of them, and how this put the past and the contemporary together. The leaves, breaches, flowers and herbs are part of the process to realize the paintigs, all this give a final result translated in a unique fingerprint. Never the same, never far away from the human behaviour.
