Pop art portrait of Debbie Harry. She is an extravagant singer in the punk periode in sixties en seventies. I was very inspired. to paint her. I adore her authentic style and how she create her own kinky image as an artist. Debbie Harry, born (1945) in Miami, Florida, is an American singer and actress. She is known as the singer of the New Wave period of the New York rock band Blondie. She moved to New-York in the late 1960s. Debbie Harry worked with Moby in 2006 and released a brand new album in the fall of 2007, Necessary Evil. She also appeared in several films, such as David Cronenberg's Vidéodrome and John Waters' Hairspray. At the end of 2010, she released a brand new Blondie album entitled Panic of Girls...
