I am currently a student at the Imperial Academy of Arts in Russia. Which was my goal to attend since my very childhood. But I wasn't able to partake in this institute immediately. After art college, it was needed for me to prepare for another three years and another three tries in order to pass the exams of the best art academy in Russia. Which to this day has preserved the noble artistic traditions of academic painting. My main goal as an artist is to combine the tendencies and harmony of contemporary art and academic tradition. In my work, I give more importance to the idea of saturation and purity of colour, marked with soft and hard transitions within the painting. Most of all, I adore to show thematic paintings foremost in still-lifes and portraiture. In these genres, my objective is to combine the aesthetics and the deep collective thoughts of my intentions. My paintings should not only be beautiful objects, but should also emit the question: “What is she trying to express?” During the painting process of a still-life, the most pleasant aspect for me is the creation of texture in all objects and things. In every work I dedicate much attention and time to create something unique. In particular, the creation of a person's identity in art. Which is how I strive to depict them in my paintings. Everyone is a creation of their own life experiences, character, and individuality inside of them. And I strive for my works to evoke such emotions and energy within the human figure. Thus starting the long and arduous journey in my artistic devotions.
