Psychedelic Painting

I’m a self taught artist, I haven’t picked up a paint brush in 20 years. The basic artistic skills I picked up whilst I was in school. This is where my passion for art really began. Only recently i started painting. I paint for a variety of reasons. I paint as a form of self-expression, to communicate my emotions, thoughts, and experiences. My most used medium is acrylic, I often use acrylic to capture the beauty of the world around me or to convey a message or an idea. Painting can also be a way for me to explore creativity, experiment with different techniques, and challenge myself to see the world in new way. Additionally, I paint as a way to document history or to provoke thought and discussion. Overall, painting allows me to communicate, connect, and create something meaningful to myself and others.
