ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Shiva is the god of Rama, or Rama is the god of Shiva. Rameshwaram shiv ling at the coast of Tamilnadu, India is a beautiful story of Rama and Shiva. It was 11 in the night and I was exploring some new colors and strokes on canvas. I was not sure what to paint but was trying for some abstract flowers to come up. I painted for hours but nothing turned up good. When I was about to give up I saw blurry shiv ling in my abstract pattern. I just removed some of the extra colors and cleared the canvas nicely. Within 15 min, this view was in front of my eyes. I gave some finishing to it and finally reached the rameshwaram , the adobe of shiv at the coast of tamilnadu. It looks to me as Shiva is waiting calmly for the Ram to come back so that they can meet again
