"Red and Purple Sunset" Painting

Vanja Zanze (Croatia, 1966) is a self-taught contemporary artist with incredible story. She started painting in 2019. After shoulder surgery that went wrong and she thought she was close to death, her art journey began. Only two months after that horrible experience she felt a strong need to paint. She was attracted to fluid acrylic technique and her paints began to flow on the canvas.She also love mixedmedia technique. Vanja Zanze quickly began to win the hearts of art lovers around the world and her artworks are in private collections in the USA, Canada, Croatia , Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina. She exhibited her artworks in galeries in Madrid, Budapest, Vienna,Zagreb. All her life she was in love with words, so she wrote poetry and stories. She has published four books. She lives in Croatia, she is mother of daughter and grandmother of 3 beautiful boys. Her family is most important to her. Family support her a lot in her art journey. She is animal lover, she have a dog. Artist Statement I am fascinated by the fluid art technique and mixedmedia .I try to transfer my experience of the world to canvas. The desire to paint is so strong and sometimes I wonder how come I didn’t start earlier. When I saw fluid art technique first time I knew I had to do it. I believe that every man has his own destiny and that now is the right time for me to paint. I usually paint nature in my own way. And Universe is always my inspiration.In my artworks, the trees are magical; the oceans sing their song but also sometimes the sky cries. Planets are so magical to mee so in many artworks you could find them.
