Portrait on peach background by Enrique Pichardo, a 30 x 40 cm masterpiece in acrylic on canvas, emerges as a sublime expression of contemporary creativity. The choice of the peach background provides a warm and welcoming canvas, transforming the work into a visual experience that captivates from the first moment. In this portrait, the abstract figures converge in a coordinated visual dance, each stroke contributing to the construction of a unique narrative. Orange, with its radiant warmth, intertwines with passionate red, while purple adds depth and mystery to the whole. The carefully proportioned dimensions of the canvas amplify the striking presence of the work, inviting full immersion into its abstract universe. The skillful arrangement of the figures reveals the artistic skill of Pichardo, who manages to balance complexity and simplicity in visual harmony. The smooth transition between tones, from soft peach to more intense hues, creates an aesthetic experience that invites contemplation. In short, Retrato en fondo durazno is not only a work, but a portal to the imagination, a testament to Enrique Pichardo's ability to fuse form and color in a work that transcends physical dimensions, immersing the viewer in an unforgettable visual and emotional journey.

The Mexican plastic artist, Enrique Pichardo, has more than 30 years of experience as a painter. His technique and style combine artistic influences from other countries with the traditional Mexican influence. In his own words, he defines his art as naive expressionism. The plastic work of Enrique Pichardo has more than one aspect. On the one hand, he creates works that are densely populated with shapes, figures, and colors. On the other hand, he has abstracted urban landscapes with a neutral color palette that recreates everyday situations. However, the special characteristic that maintains the cohesion of all his pieces is the conviction of approaching art through a return to his childhood and his first traces. Paint like a child, paint with more expression than technique, paint with feeling over technique. The painter seeks the skillful strokes of his inner child to carry out each of his pieces.
