ABOUT THE ARTWORK
When Connor MacLeod (Christopher Lambert) first discovers that he is an immortal he realises his power will lead him onto a path of revenge for the death of his mentor Ramirez and rape of his wife Heather. This painting was inspired by the stone keep in the highlands where MacLeod lived with Heather and the roof top scene at the end of the film Highlander which was filmed at Beckton Gas Works in London.
