Revolution and I, 2014, oil on canvas, 98X69 cm. Icons of historical revolutions: The black rights revolution is represented by the iconic figures of Nelson Mandela and Martin Luther King, accompanied by the symbol of the Black Panthers and a black cat. The women's rights revolution is represented by the characters of Virginia Woolf, Rosie the Riveter and Wonder Woman. Another iconic figure in this revolution is Frida Kahlo in one of her paintings as a shot deer. The Jewish revolution is represented by Balfour-the British diplomat, the yellow star of the Holocaust, and the blue Star of David of the Jewish state flag, representing the transition from refugees to landlords. The gay revolution is represented by Harvey Milk, the pink triangle that marked homosexuals in the Holocaust, and a heart in the colors of the LGBT flag, represent the change in the status of the community. The Revolution for Animal Rights is represented by farm animals and pets on a bleeding red backround, symbolising the ongoing revolution of veganism and freeing all the animals in man industries.
