About The Artwork
I am a San Diego native and love to paint anything in turquoise as its my favorite color. I also love to convey a sense of movement in my work and this captures it with the moving waves and the surfer catching it. I redid this painting many times and ended up using thicker paint with a pallet knife in the end to add some nice texture and depth with the color.
