SHEM "Mona Kiss" Painting

Shem was born in 1976 in Lima, Peru. He began drawing at the age of 3 and graduated at the age of 10 at the George Washington School in Lima. For political reasons, his whole family moved to Switzerland in Lausanne in 1989. He then embarks on graffiti after taking a visual slap on many train journeys. A few meetings on the local scene allow him to take his first steps as a graffiti artist. He dedicates himself immediately to painting trains, metros and stations illegally. For some years, Shem has been working on canvas. An experienced artist, he seeks to develop his know-how through new techniques such as superposition and transparency. It also multiplies tools and uses acrylic, watercolor, oil and pastel to obtain the desired colours and textures. He collaborated with other artists to bring graffiti back where it is not expected, becoming a complete artist, creator, innovator and recognized by art critics.
