Sacred Kingfisher is an oil painting of Sacred Kingfisher resting on a branch of the tree overlooking an creek in hope to find food. Painting was inspired by the Kingfisher I observed at Graceville Arboretum. Photographic references for the bird were collected by me. Background was my imagination. This art is on a Ampersand Museum grade Gessobord and is framed in high quality black satin finish float frame by Megawood to suit. Framed dimensions - 440mm(W) x 340mm(H) x 50mm (D). We highly recommend you use this frame as it makes this painting even more beautiful. However painting is 38mm thick and can be hung without frame. Sides are painted black.

Australia
I am a self-taught artist who found solace and inspiration in the whispers of nature. Born in the vibrant tapestry of India, I now call the lush landscapes of Brisbane, Australia, my home. My artistic journey is not merely about brushstrokes and canvas; it's a testament to the beauty that surrounds us, a reminder that moments of tranquillity are accessible even in the busiest of lives. In essence, my art is a celebration of life's quiet moments, an offering of respite, and a reminder that even in the midst of chaos, nature's breath is a source of endless inspiration.
