ABOUT THE ARTWORK
My inspiration is the firm belief in love - as always. The tender bond of love lets us get through everything together. Even if we sometimes believe that the storms of life that unexpectedly hit us again and again - mostly from outside - externally determined - it is very important that we listen deeply into our hearts what it wants to tell us and what it makes us feel . To follow this feeling of the heart - that is our way, which allows us to find our way out of these stormy waters again and again and which lets ALL of us sail home together again - where love is waiting for us. The real unconditional love that blooms again and again in freedom - that can never be locked up or tied to conditions. This real strong love will always nourish us and let us win and stay together. This picture is dedicated to my son Martin, whom I love more than anything - always and forever - because I am so thankful that he can exist for me.

I paint to recognize and express myself - that is my form of authenticity. I assimilate all my experiences in daily life by the way I express myself in painting. Painting gives me the opportunity to connect with the world. An authentic open attitude, the passion for working, my desires and dreams - as well as the connection with the music allow me to create my pictures without any previous idea. I rely on my feeling and my intuition. When painting, I feel connected to the whole - there are no limits. It is a form of dissolution as a single individual and a fusion with we call "ONE". I am deeply grateful for that. Nature, music and philosophy are my companions and inspiration. I mainly work with acrylic on canvas. For collages I use charcoal, chalk, colored pencil and some structure paste or paper.
