Jenny Toft is a contemporary artist based in South Devon whose practice investigates material history, structural preservation, and the passage of time. Trained through an MA in Fine Art (Arts University Plymouth, 2024), Toft creates large-scale, austere works in layered acrylic and ink on raw canvas. Her process operates as a form of material archaeology—building up, dragging back, and eroding surfaces in a continuous cycle of accretion and removal.
