ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I painted this in autumn 2020 when Lockdown was really starting to affect me with the onset of early nights and gloomy days. So this image is where I escaped to in my mind, just me on horseback in a clear sea under a tropical sun, not a care in the world. I love the sea and have always loved horses. Bringing them both together has made me feel better. Painted 2020, acrylic on deep stretched canvas using palette knives and brushwork, edges painted, ready to hang, signed, will be supplied with certificate of authenticity and packaged securely for delivery in a cardboard box.
