Seestück #12 - Seascape Painting

This is an original acrylic on canvas - an early morning by the sea and the wild weather makes a special light and atmosphere... First I made a collage on canvas with old book pages from the encyclopedia "Meyers Konversationslexikon" from the year 1890. After that the layers of color were following. The painting was created by applying many layers of color, that give a pleasant depth. Materials: Finest quality high grade professional paints and quality canvas, finished with a glaze of UV varnish to protect against sunlight and dust damage.
